Sweet Rain Trading terms

1. Any goods purchased from Sweet Rain will remain the property of Sweet Rain until payment is received in full.
2. Payment method to be discussed with management.
3. Sweet Rain must receive an official signed order from authorised personnel on a company letterhead before any orders can be processed.

Return Policy

Custom Made orders cannot be returned for any reason. Claim will have to be investigated first.

Payment

Direct Deposit:
Please phone us to arrange for a direct deposit into our Bank Account.

Cheques

Cheques to be made payable to Sweet Rain.

All "Prepaid" orders where a cheque has been received will not be dispatched until clearance has been obtained.

Dishonoured cheque will incur an administration charges.
